Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free for orders to destinations available at checkout. There is no minimum spend for free standard shipping.

Estimated delivery: around two weeks

We aim for your order to arrive around two weeks after you place it. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Processing, carrier delays, public holidays and customs checks can affect delivery.

Tracking your parcel

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation with the tracking details. Carrier tracking may take a little time to update after the parcel is handed over.

Delivery addresses and fulfilment

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if it needs changing; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Orders may be shipped by a third-party fulfilment partner from a different location.

Taxes and import charges

Any taxes or duties collected by the store are shown at checkout. Additional import charges may apply under your destination's rules where they are not collected at checkout.
