1-Year Replacement Cover

Optional merchant-provided replacement service for the physical Frostly makers bought with this order, for 12 months from delivery. If a maker stops functioning under normal use during that period, contact Frostly with your order number and a description or photograph/video of the fault. Frostly supplies a replacement maker at no additional shipping charge for a covered fault.

Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised modification and normal cosmetic wear are excluded. Contact Frostly before sending a product back; we will provide any required return instructions. This is a replacement service, not accidental-damage insurance.

This paid option does not replace, shorten or limit your existing return period, statutory guarantees, warranty rights or entitlement to remedies for faulty goods. Those rights remain available without purchasing care. You can remove this optional service before ordering. Contact us through /pages/contact for help.
