Optional Frostly care for the physical Frostly makers bought with this order. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, contact Frostly with your order number and available tracking or photographs. Frostly provides a replacement shipment at no additional shipping charge for a covered incident.

This is a merchant-provided service, not a third-party insurance policy. It covers transit to the delivery address; theft after confirmed delivery is excluded. It does not make delivery faster. You can remove this option before ordering.

Standard shipping remains free. Your normal rights to help with non-delivery, damaged goods, refunds and any statutory remedies apply whether or not you purchase this option. Contact us through /pages/contact for a claim.
