Shopping with Frostly

These terms apply to orders placed through the Frostly store. Questions about the store or your order can be sent to tiktokasluce@gmail.com.

Products and preparation

Frostly is a freezer-bowl ice-cream maker. Fully freeze the bowl before use and follow the supplied instructions, fill limits and suitable recipes. Product and lifestyle illustrations are for presentation; colour appearance can vary by screen and lighting. The product description and confirmed order details determine what you purchase.

Prices and offers

Prices and the checkout currency are displayed before you pay. Applicable taxes and any charges collected by the store are shown at checkout. The Frostly pair offer discounts each maker by US$5 on an eligible order containing two or more Frostly makers, equivalent to US$10 off a pair. The discount applies automatically at checkout. It cannot be combined with another product or order discount unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. An order confirmation acknowledges your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for cancelled goods. We may decline an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable stock, payment failure, fraud concerns or delivery restrictions, subject to applicable law.

Shipping and returns

Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy form part of these terms. Standard shipping is free and estimated delivery is around two weeks. Change-of-mind return requests can be made within 14 days of delivery.

Website use and privacy

Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy. Shopify provides the store platform and checkout services.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer remedies.
